The official website of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) at dopt.gov.in. has released the notification for allotting the cadre of a total of 668 candidates. Every year lakhs of candidates try their luck in UPSC Civil Services Examination. Through the Civil Services Examination, selection is made for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Railway Group A (Indian Railway Accounts Service) among other services. This exam is conducted in three phases each consisting of preliminary, main examination and interview. The final results for the main examination and interview of the Civil Services Examination 2020 were released on 24 September 2021.
